Virtual Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively online at www.doragalani.com
The validity is 12 months and starts on the date the confirmation email is sent. Virtual Gift Cards can be used for one or more orders and can be used towards an order of greater value than the available amount on the Virtual Gift Card.
Virtual Gift Cards must be used to make purchases using the same currency in which it was issued.
The Virtual Gift Card code will be sent to and can only be used by the email address entered in the form when it was purchased. GALDO is not responsible for undelivered Virtual Gift Cards due to an incorrect or incomplete email address.
The Virtual Gift Card will be sent within 2 hours of the payment confirmation. For the Virtual Gift Card to arrive within 2 hours of the payment confirmation, an immediate payment method must be used, such as a credit card. Virtual Gift Cards purchased using bank wire transfers will be sent after the payment has been received by GALDO.
Only one Virtual Gift Card code can be used at a time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Credit codes.
A Virtual Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Virtual Gift Card. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or store credit. The client can request a refund of a Virtual Gift Card within 14 days of the purchase if it has not been used.
Orders placed using Virtual Gift Cards can be returned. If the returned item is for a refund the amount of the return will be credited back to the Virtual Gift Card. These orders are subject to the standard commercial terms and privacy policies as published on GALDO.
GALDO reserves the right to refuse orders placed with Virtual Gift Cards that may be invalid, fraudulent or the result of code duplication.
