RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14-DAY RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags and documentation intact.
To request a return, please contact us at info@doragalani.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For customers in the European Union, the 14-day return period also constitutes the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to online purchases.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods. No reason is required to exercise this right.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
The item must be handled only as necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this has been communicated before purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that fall within applicable legal exceptions, including:
• Items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been worn, used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Sale and promotional items are not excluded from returns solely because they are discounted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.
If an item is defective or does not conform to the order, applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. For EU consumers, statutory legal guarantees for defective or non-conforming goods apply separately from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
For EU withdrawals, refunds are made within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until the customer provides evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by applicable law, the refund includes the cost of the original standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size or colour, please return the original item according to the return policy above and place a new order.
