SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to Greece and internationally via BOX NOW and DHL Express, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

In-stock items

Orders containing in-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order pieces require 10–14 business days before dispatch, as they are individually produced in our workshop.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your order will normally be shipped once all pieces are ready.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Greece

BOX NOW: €2

BOX NOW deliveries are available for orders within Greece.

After placing your order, we may contact you by telephone to confirm the BOX NOW locker that is most convenient for you.

DHL Express: €5

DHL Express delivery to your address is available for orders within Greece.

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

European Union

DHL Express shipping: €25

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

International

DHL Express shipping: €25

Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

DHL Express shipments are fully tracked and insured and require a signature upon delivery.

BOX NOW shipments are tracked and delivered to the selected locker.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and local delivery conditions.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import customs duties.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the destination country may impose import duties, taxes and customs or clearance charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

DHL Express may contact the recipient directly regarding any applicable import charges or customs procedures.

Please note that customs regulations and charges vary from country to country and are outside our control.

IMPORTANT

For DHL Express shipments, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow your shipment.

For BOX NOW deliveries, we may contact you by telephone after your order is placed to confirm the locker that is most convenient for you.
