Order Processing
In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items require approximately 10–14 business days for production before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date):
• Greece: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–5 business days
• International destinations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Insurance & Responsibility
All shipments are insured while in transit until delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Upon delivery, a signature is required. Responsibility for the products transfers to the recipient once the delivery has been completed and signed for. If another recipient has been specified, their signature will serve as proof of successful delivery and transfer of responsibility.
