2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours, availability and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used to view the website.

As some of our jewellery is handmade or individually finished, slight variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur. These variations are inherent to the handmade nature of the product and do not constitute defects.

Certain pieces are made to order. Where applicable, the estimated production time is stated on the relevant product page.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep product availability information up to date.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and, where the order cannot be fulfilled, refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are stated in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by applicable law.

Shipping costs are displayed separately and are calculated according to our Shipping Policy.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the event of an obvious typographical, technical or pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error. If an obvious error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Payment is completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment information is processed securely through the relevant payment provider. We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.

In exceptional circumstances, we may be unable to accept or fulfil an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or where fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Certain products may be made to order and require additional production time, as indicated on the relevant product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products, the order will normally be dispatched once all items are ready.

Products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be subject to the applicable legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

For deliveries within Greece, customers may choose between BOX NOW locker delivery and DHL Express delivery to their address, where available.

For international deliveries, orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and local delivery conditions.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs and clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by these Terms of Service.
