INFORMATION NOTICE

We respond to your requests free of charge and without undue delay, and in any event within one (1) month from receipt of your request.

If your request is complex or we have received a large number of requests, we will inform you within that month if we require an extension of up to two (2) additional months, during which we will provide our response.

If your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, GALDO may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or performing the requested action, or may refuse to act on the request.

Requests are retained for five (5) years from the date of receipt.

The personal data you provide in this form will be processed by GALDO solely for the purpose of handling your request.

If your request is not satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
